ASCO Recognized by FDA for Exemplary Work on the Critical Path Initiative

Alexandria, VA – The American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) today received the Commissioner’s Special Citation Award from the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) to recognize the society’s exemplary work on the Critical Path Initiative, an FDA program to stimulate and facilitate a national effort to modernize the scientific process through which therapeutic products are developed.
