ASCO staff want to know what coverage challenges our members are facing across the country. If you feel your Carrier is not appropriately covering a certain drug or procedure, please send an e-mail to ascocac@asco.org to let us know about your situation. The purpose of the CAC Network is to share this type of information with others around the country, with the hopeful intention of resolving any issues.

Be sure to include the following information:

• Your name
• State
• Medicare Carrier
• Nature of the coverage issue (please be as specific as possible)
• Person(s) worked with at Carrier's office on this issue
